About
The Southern California Discrete Mathematics Symposium (SoCalDM) is an annual one-day conference bringing together junior and senior researchers in the Southern California region. The conference covers all areas of discrete mathematics and combinatorics. The program is twelve 25-minute talks, a poster session, coffee breaks, and lunch (not provided).

Logistics
The conference will be held at CSULA, located 5 miles northeast of Downtown Los Angeles, on Sunday, November 5th, 2023 from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with light refreshments available starting at 8:30am. Detailed DRIVING AND PARKING DIRECTIONS are available, which also include a map of the site.
Note: Daylight Savings Time ends at 2am on Sunday, November 5th, 2023, giving 1 additional hour of sleep that night.
Registration
Registration is free. Use the button above to register. If you would like to give a talk or poster, please submit a title and abstract while registering. The program will be selected from all submissions in early October to represent a wide range of topics. We strongly encourage submissions from presenters of all backgrounds.
